Hi, I’m Robyn, a Moordown-based qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BSc Hons) and certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

I help people incorporate healthy habits into their daily routine so they can live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.

I first became interested in health when my mum was in desperate need of help. She was suffering with crippling arthritis giving her severe joint pain, IBS (irritable bowl syndrome) and fatigue. I was 14 at the time and couldn’t bear to watch her suffer like that. My research into gluten eventually proved to be the turning point; within one week mum’s stomach pain had completely gone; within 6 weeks her joint pain was gone. My passion was ignited and there was no going back.

I now offer Personalised Meal Plans and Nutritional Health Coaching (more below); I publish recipe books and have a YouTube channel where I share my recipes and health knowledge with the world. I’ve helped thousands of people improve their health and weight by improving their eating habits … and I want to help you, too! To inspire you to eat amazingly nourishing foods and live a life that is abundant and fulfilled, disease free and joyful.

Nutritional Health Coaching

There’s so much conflicting information out there making us confused as ever and that is due to “bio-individuality” – meaning that one person’s food can be another person’s poison.

  • I help you get to know what will work for you in a judgement free space.
  • I teach you how to look beyond the media buzz.
  • To explore your relationship with food I’ll use my powerful questioning and active listening skills taught at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. These will help you to create awareness around your relationship with food and help you reframe your perspective.
  • We will clear up preconceived notions around healthy habits, helping you to listen to your body’s signals.
  • I’ll design actions to guide you to make your own recommendations based on the observations made in the session.
  • We’ll address emotional decisions with emotional motivation.
  • Fill information gaps with good information.
  • We’ll work together to make simple behavioural changes to improve your health.

No amount of information will ever address an emotional association with food and that’s what I’m here for. With my services I will create a space for you to develop self-awareness around inner workings that guide decisions and motivations. Such as likes, dislikes, habits, patterns, stories, and mindsets.
